In October, HemoCue is proud to launch Inclusion Month – a company-wide initiative dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and strengthening our inclusive culture within our business.
At HemoCue, we are a truly global company, reaching over 130 countries. It is therefore essential for us to continuously promote inclusion across all markets – from the US to Sweden, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, India, and Australia.
Inclusion is not just a value; it’s a mindset. It’s about creating a workplace where every voice is heard, every perspective is valued, and every individual feels safe to be their authentic self.
Throughout October, we’ll host a variety of engaging activities each week, including kick-off seminars with HemoCue’s CEO and guests from the Danaher Dx Platform, team-based discussion forums, cultural celebrations, interactive quizzes, and much more.
These activities are designed to spark reflection, build connections, and celebrate inclusion.
