Kasper joined HemoCue in November 2022 from Radiometer Medical ApS where he started in 2006. Over the past 16 years, he has held various senior positions, most recently as Vice President/General Manager of the Blood Gas Business Unit, and Vice President of Global R&D where he established the Clinical and Medical Affairs unit and scaled the India Development Center. Over the years, Kasper has worked in various functions such as Marketing and Sales, and closely with Operations.

Maria Fagerberg joined HemoCue and the Quality & Regulatory department in September 2004. In August 2019, she was appointed Senior Director of RA/QA. She has more than 17 years of experience in quality and regulatory within the diagnostic and medical industry. Prior to joining HemoCue, Maria held positions as Regulatory Affairs Manager at Gambro Lundia AB and Global QA Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S.

Monika Gram Ritter joined HemoCue in April 2021 where she took on the role of Senior Director of Global Marketing. Monika has earned a comprehensive skillset within end-to-end B2B marketing leadership over the past 20 years. She joined us from Radiometer Medical ApS where she built a solid track record in up- and downstream marketing and building high-performance teams.

Jack joined HemoCue as General Manager of HemoCue America in March 2019. In January 2024, he was appointed Senior Director of Global Sales. Jack has 23 years of experience in the diagnostics and dental industries, having worked at Thermo Fisher, Siemens Healthcare and Carestream, latest as Managing Director Americas. Jack has strong commercial experience in direct and distributed sales in the US and has also worked internationally.

Thomas Laursen joined HemoCue as Senior Director of R&D in October 2023. Thomas has been with the Danaher group since 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, including all R&D disciplines. Before joining HemoCue, Thomas worked at Radiometer Medical ApS as Senior Director of R&D.

Sofie Ljungheimer joined HemoCue as Accounting Manager in March 2021 and was appointed CFO in June 2022. Sofie joined us from Gnotec Sweden AB where she worked for two years as Accounting Manager & Controller. Before that, Sofie worked for seven years in PwC Sweden as an Auditor and later a Risk Advisory Consultant.

Josefin af Petersens joined HemoCue as Senior Director of HR in January 2018. She joined us from a position as VP of HR at Probi AB in Lund, Sweden. Josefin has over 16 years of experience within HR – primarily from Novo Nordisk in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, UK and Switzerland. Josefin has a solid record of accomplishments operating in complex and dynamic business environments.

Anton Rosberg joined HemoCue in May 2021 as Senior Operations Director. He joined us from a role as Head of Polyol Operations at Perstorp and has previously held senior roles as Site Manager in logistics and a Business Unit Manager position at Getinge within Life Science. Anton has a solid track record of enabling change and experience in Lean and Six Sigma.

Oleksii joined HemoCue as Global Director of DBS in June 2023. Oleksii has been with the Danaher group since 2014 and has nine years of DBS experience in the Medical Devices and Biotechnology industry. Before joining HemoCue, Oleksii worked at Cytiva as a Global DBS Leader and has held various positions within Product Development Technologies in R&D at Radiometer.
